Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
Please note that if you receive a damaged item, you will need to contact the shipping company to resolve the issue. There is no REFUND policy for Damaged items, but we do have an exchange policy.
If you received the delivered item (s) exactly as per provided order details, you can still make an exchange for another size/color/item within 14 days (based upon availability of your desired size/color/item in stocks).
These types of exchanges will not qualify for a return shipping label and it's the customer's responsibility to reship the item(s). Also, the customer will pay a fee for the shipment of the exchanged item(s).
These types of exchanges are entitled to a restocking fee, and must be communicated to email@example.com prior to returning any item.

If you have ordered a product costing more than $75, you could consider using a searchable delivery company or obtaining shipping insurance. We can't guarantee shipping company services.
