We ship throughout the United States.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, support@luxyicy.com
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, Our order processing time is 1-2 business days, depending on orders.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery
If the tracking shows that a package is delivered at the given address, but the customer claims that they did not receive it, then the customer must contact the shipping company to ascertain the status of the package.
We will not responsible if package is in a 'delivered' status but has not been received. Therefore, kindly make sure you provide accurate address details.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received damaged goods, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returning Goods with Manufacturing Faults
You can return goods for the exact replacement for manufacturer defects only. If the product you receive has a manufacturer defect, you need to report it accompanied via photos/videos and a description, and return it within five (5) days including holidays.
